We leveraged the expertise of SCC, which has managed over 40 shopping centers in Europe, to launch Abu Dhabi Mall in 2001, one of the first regional malls in the city. It hosts over 200 retail outlets across 70,000 sqms. On the back of our success, we were entrusted with the launch and operations of some of the most renowned projects in MENA and Europe: Beirut Souks, Abdali Boulevard in Jordan, the Walk at JBR (Dubai), Anfaplace and M Avenue in Morocco, Mall of Switzerland, and others.

Retail Design & Delivery

As projects come to fruition, we can deliver a process driven and fully documented retail unit, design review and fit out coordination services to the owner and the tenants.

- Our AutoCad professionals produce Lease Outline Drawings (LOD) tailored specifically for each tenant.
- After careful consideration of a property’s characteristics, we create a Customized Tenant Design Criteria (TDC).
- A dedicated team handles the entire validation process, from site inspections to the final handover.
- We assume complete responsibility for the design review and fit-out coordination process, providing owners with regular reporting and driving tenant contractors to deliver in accordance with obligations in the Tenants lease agreements. Combining the efforts of the leasing and technical teams, we are often able to recommend affordable changes to unit layouts which optimize leasable space and generate opportunities for additional rental revenues.
