Luxurious Villas and Townhouses

The purpose of this department is to be engaged in the full scope of development and project management, from design and tender/procurement to the construction phase.

All designs are developed taking into consideration the principles of Sustainability and the protection of the environment.

AMS services include:

  • Liaising with reputable financial consultants for the preparation of complete feasibility studies that are specific for each project.
  • Preparation of optimized design briefs that are based on the best feasible option.
  • Organizing design competitions to get multiple ideas for the project and choosing the most suitable option.
  • Appointing lead design consultants and other required specialized sub-consultants to work on the design development.
  • Reviewing the concept, schematics, and detailed design packages.
  • Following up with the lead design consultant for the acquisition of all required approvals from the relevant authorities until the building permit is ready.
  • Pre-qualifying contractors who will be bidding for the project.
  • Reviewing tender documents and managing the tender process until the tender return date.
  • Analyzing the tenders received and overviewing the process of preparation and submission of the tender analysis report and the final recommendation for awarding the project.
  • Appointing a Cost Consultant for the project, if required.
  • Undertaking the design-and-build scope for any project if required by the employer.
  • Performance of post-contract services in terms of construction management and site supervision.

ADTC Phase 4 Project

The project will be constructed in the vicinity of Abu Dhabi Mall within the Abu Dhabi Trade Center Complex. It will be a complex of two interconnected towers, each of which will rise to 31 floors plus a roof. One of the properties will also house a mechanical floor.

The first structure will have serviced branded 322 apartments in studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom configurations. The second property is dedicated to residences with 217 similar configurations. Residents will have ample parking space as five floors (ground + 4) of the podium within the residential complex are earmarked for it, with a capacity for 550 cars.

The serviced branded apartments will include 5-star hotel facilities such as a modern gymnasium, an indoor swimming pools, a laundry service, and a host of dining options.

Murjan Al Saadiyat

This 2-phase prestigious project is a gated community of luxurious villas and townhouses with a community center to cater to the residents.

We are developing this community by constructing 6- and 7-bedroom villas as well as 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses. While the villas will have private swimming pools either on the ground or roof level, the townhouses will have ample space on two sides with internal gardens plus extensive landscaping and lighting.
