Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Coordinate branding support with retailers.
Optimize workflow with agencies and suppliers and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee all communication touchpoints such as website/wayfinding and ensure they’re up to date.
Develop good relationships with retailers and assist them with their requirements and activities.
Implement solid communication channels with retailers to secure participation and sponsorships.
Brief all relevant departments on key initiatives in the mall and ensure respective scopes are executed.
Explore and build relations with potential strategic partners such as tour operators, government organizations, hotels, airlines, or other large entities.
Explore and build relations with potential sponsors for key promotions in the mall.
Prepare regular reports for evaluating the property’s footfall/performance/events/promotions and so forth.
Ensure documentation of all marketing initiatives including assessment reports and retailers’ feedback.
Take charge of all internal coordination, administrative work, and financial procedures related to the marketing department.
Coordinate between various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of all marketing initiatives.
Supervise the implementation of the Marketing initiatives and ensure they’re aligned with the Marketing plan and budgets.
Coordinate with third parties, suppliers, and agencies the implementation of marketing initiatives in line with the Marketing plan, objectives, and strategy.
Assist the Marketing Director in managing the Marketing team and Customer service desk and ensure optimal coordination and performance.
Assist the Marketing Director in tendering to appoint the right communication partners.
Assist the Marketing Director in developing the overall Marketing Plan including the calendar of events and budgets.
Any other duties that might be deemed necessary for the execution of the Employee’s Employment Contract.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
Prior experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Previous leadership experience, including managing a marketing team and working across departments.

Preferred:

Experience in the mall, retail, or agency sectors.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
