JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the department.
- Monitor and track expenses to assist in budget management and cost control efforts.
- Responsible for archiving and organizing contracts, LPOs, and other administrative documents.
- Liaise with different departments & 3rd parties with regard to processing administrative paperwork.
- Process and record invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
- Generate accurate administrative/financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- To type English and Arabic correspondence
- To update the company master database and contact list.
- Any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the execution of the Employee’s assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounts, finance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
- Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interactions with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ethical and trustworthy handling of sensitive financial data.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and technologies.
