JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Leasing Executive at AMS, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and streamlining leasing activities within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks and duties, ensuring seamless property transactions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Support: Collaborate with the Employer to execute leasing activities in accordance with established company protocols and approved leasing strategies.
- Property Viewing: Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing detailed information and guidance.
- Client Assistance: Assist clients throughout the leasing process, from initial reservation to the completion of transactions.
- Documentation: Manage documentation processes, including but not limited to requests for offer letters, tenancy contracts, Tawtheeq, etc., from the head office as needed.
- Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with marketing agencies for property advertisements and ensure regular updates on various platforms.
- Lead Management: Respond to leads from different portals, offering introductions to Canal Residence, and distribute leads to property consultants while maintaining proper reporting.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Marketing Agency, ensuring transparent communication.
- Commission Management: Prepare monthly commission calculations for property consultants and facilitate related tasks.
- External Deals: Liaise with property owners for external deals, maintaining accurate invoice logs, and overseeing commission payments and documentation.
- Financial Oversight: Coordinate with the accounts department to issue invoices and receipts, follow up on outstanding invoices, and prepare monthly and year-end reports for closed deals.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy filing systems for all closed deals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Agency Agreements: Prepare and manage agency agreements for developers and third-party agents, facilitating smooth partnerships.
- Marketing Support: Assist in marketing efforts by sending mailshots, preparing marketing collateral, and coordinating with advertising companies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with property managers and consultants, offering support and assistance as required.
- Meeting Documentation: Take notes and minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Be adaptable and ready to take on any other duties as required for successful task execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate leasing or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software (e.g., MyCRM, Property Finder, Broker Pad).
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
